Sustainability at Neupauer Ltd

As a small training and consultancy business, I recognise that the way I work has an environmental impact. While that impact may be smaller than that of many larger organisations, I believe it's still important to make responsible choices wherever I can.

My approach is practical:

  • Travel: I offer online training and meetings where appropriate, reducing the need for unnecessary journeys.

  • Training materials: I provide digital resources where practical and use printed materials where they support learning or accessibility.

  • Waste: I aim to minimise unnecessary printing, purchasing and waste.

  • Everyday decisions: I consider environmental impact when making decisions about how I work and deliver my services.

I'm continually looking for sensible ways to reduce unnecessary environmental impact without compromising the quality or accessibility of the training I provide.

Alongside these environmental considerations, our work focuses on the people side of organisational sustainability – helping employers develop healthier workplace relationships, support wellbeing and address problems before they escalate.
